If you are out and about the Park Rapids MN area today and tonight, come see us at our booth at the RELAY FOR LIFE.  This is a wonderful community event to raise monies for cancer research!  With 46 new cases everyday just in pediatric cancers.  And this is a battle that is not being won by research, pediatric cancer is the #1 disease related killer of our kids.  We need to put an end to this cancer and all cancers, come enjoy the food, fun and friendships at this year’s relay!  New this year, fire dancer at 10:30 pm and Sky lights at 11 pm.

We survived the arctic tundra blast we had last week, and we are looking at temps almost 40 degrees warmer, woohoo!!!

The homes are starting to turn, which means spring could be heating up!!  Are we ready for sales to climb, and for buyers that have been on the fence of making the choice to buy or not to buy, has been the question for far to long.   Now is the best time to get out and make owning your dream home a reality!!  Homes that are on the market want to sell, interest rates are still low.  Banks are lending just not at a fast pace, they once did.  Prices have held through the winter with little signs of reductions, not like two years ago when prices were on a down slide.  I believe we are rounding the bend, or plateauing what ever term you want to use.  The market is getting a bit stronger.  And we as agents need to put the positive foot forward and get home owners, potential buyers and banks, talking again, they need to come to the table with positive attitude.  Maybe home owner A has been through this potential sale before and are just tired of the whole process, but if we as agents can’t be upbeat who will.  The potential buyers have be through the hoops only to have more hoops added they need our reassurance that it will work we just have to put one foot in front of the other and keep going.  The banks are so regulated now that the days of banking on a handshake are for sure a thing of the past…or can we regain the trust we once had, without defaulting on money that someone did lend and someone really does owe.  Lets get going America, we need to find the trust we once had, I know where mine is,  do you?
